Refund policy

Any DOA's must be reported within 2 hours on day of arrival. Message or phone to 07765864335 and attach aPhoto as evidence. Photo’s must be supplied of corals in original bag and in tank after acclimatization. Corals should still be acclimatized and placed in aquarium to be given every chance of recovery, especially with SPS. Follow up photo's will be required 4 to 5 days later. Coral skeletons maybe requested to be returned in bag, less water, to receive a full refund on the DOA item. Or replacements sent out.  P&P is not refundable.
