Acropora ORA Red Planet
Acropora ORA Red Planet is an SPS coral of the genus Acroporidae. It is found throughout the Indo-Pacific.. Many people confuse this with a standard red or pink A Millepora but is significantly different. Maybe it should be in the family A Hyacinthus. A Hyacinthus are found around the fuji islands in shallow reefs and on the upper slopes, it is found at depths of 5 to 20 m. It is listed as a vulnerable species on the IUCN Red List, and its population is decreasing. which is why, apart from its beauty is a sort after coral.
Acropora’s are generally for the more experienced aquarist with aquariums having matured for at least a year. Acropora corals are generally branching or tabling and have some of the most striking colours in the coral world.
